The aim of the project is to improve productivity and effectiveness of management teams of SBUs (Strategic Business Units) in strategic planning, problem solving and decision making.Key elements of strategic management will be improved: market analysis, understanding of customer requirements, competitive and competitor analysis, evaluation of production technology and service capability, evaluation of profitabiblity and capital structure, investment analysis, financial analysis and competitive ability; this includes the methods for handling these elements: group processes, any time/ any place interactive work and knowledge support.This aim is achieved by combining user requirements and the experience of major industrial partners with the knowledge and experience of hyperknowledge, fuzzy logic and group support technology.
